The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) NHS Trust’s Nursing Strategy has been written by nurses working across all areas of the Trust. From our patient survey we know patients want their contact with nurses to make them feel safe, cared for, respected and involved. They want to know that the nurse is there for them when they are at their most vulnerable. They want to be assured that nurses’ actions will be in their best interests and will help them get better, keep well and live life to the best possible standard. The aim of the Trust’s Nursing Strategy is to be a clear vision for nurses at the RNOH to deliver a positive patient experience. There are five themed areas of work that describe what we will achieve and how we will achieve it and what it will mean for our patients. Says it all.

Newsletters are complex - the content comes from different sources and normally either too much or too little to fill the area expected.
